Post-quantum Digital Signature using Verkle Trees<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This project aims to address the emerging challenges of post-quantum cryptography by pioneering a digital signature system utilizing the innovative Verkle tree construction. This novel approach significantly reduces proof sizes, thereby enhancing both security and computational efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A key focus of the project is the integration of a pseudo-random number generator with a quantum random number generator to ensure enhanced robustness and reliability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This project is strongly linked to security, particularly in the fields of cryptography and cybersecurity. Its primary objective is to develop a novel post-quantum digital signature scheme by combining Verkle trees, polynomial commitments, and vector commitments. This approach reflects a proactive stance in addressing the potential threats quantum computing poses to current cryptographic systems, ensuring a secure and efficient future for digital communications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Perioada desf\u0103\u015fur\u0103rii este octombrie 2007-septembrie 2010. Contractul de cercetare s-a finalizat cu succes, prin sus\u0163inerea tezei de doctorat \u00een septembrie 2010. Interactome Networks for Cancer Study <\/strong>\/ This is an individual research grant with a value of 103,000 American dollars. The funding body is the Government of Ireland, and the identification number of this research grant is RS\/2007\/166. The related scientific activity has been conducted between October 2007-September 2010, and finalized successfully through the defense of my PhD Thesis, which is titled „Efficient Algorithms for Interactome Networks”, in September 2010. Moreover, all the published papers between 2007-2010 represent direct outcomes of the research activity that this research contract made possible.<\/p>\n
