Interactome Networks for Cancer Study / This is an individual research grant with a value of 103,000 American dollars. The funding body is the Government of Ireland, and the identification number of this research grant is RS/2007/166. The related scientific activity has been conducted between October 2007-September 2010, and finalized successfully through the defense of my PhD Thesis, which is titled „Efficient Algorithms for Interactome Networks”, in September 2010. Moreover, all the published papers between 2007-2010 represent direct outcomes of the research activity that this research contract made possible.
